doctor visit

i have been getting this wrist pain for quite some time already (maybe weeks)... finally decided to go to the doc, for some professional advice, becos my "idiotic" gym management wants me to produce a medical proof that i can't go and exercise...

went to the GP near my office, at first i tot that it was a general stress on the wrist causing some strain on the veins or things like tat... then the doctor press & press (pain lor!!), then he say could be "EXCESSIVE BONE GROWTH".. jeez! i nearly piss in my pants... how could it be so serious... btw, the lump is in my right-hand.. fyi, my dominate hand is on the right...
WHAT IF-s:
1. need to cut off...
2. therapy...
3. i need to use left hand...
4. i got a retarded left hand...

OMG, i'm freaking out here... wat am i going to do.. advice from my frens, go to polyclinic, get an xray done... maybe next week then go to polyclinic lor...
